General
Laravel Wizard will carry out work only where a written purchase order is provided by mail.
Website Design
- Your website will be handed over as fully functioning and completed. It is offered as a single contract and no guarantee of the availability of future support from Laravel Wizard is offered unless an ongoing support package has been agreed.
- Laravel Wizard will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.
- Laravel Wizard will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.
- After the website is handed over, we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by illegal activity or the actions of others.
Search Engine Promotion
Laravel Wizard is not responsible for the client’s on-going web site promotion. Should the client require the site to be promoted on an ongoing basis a separate contract must be agreed. The order in which websites are ranked in the natural search results is controlled by the search engines. While we can optimize your site for this we are unable to make any guarantees about the success of any search engine promotion activity.
Payment of Accounts
A deposit may be required from a new client before any work is carried out. It is the Laravel Wizard policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Laravel Wizard or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement. If you fail to pay within this duration, you will be fined with the late payment charges too.
